Experienced and skilled drummers tune their drums very specifically. That tuning process can take as much as an hour to get correct. They need to be handled in a special way to keep them in tune.
Ask first, and respect the answer.
Don't move other drummer's drums; don't even move them, unless the drum would get damaged if you didn't move it.
