How You Achieve Success
As drummers, we have a source of noise-making that the folks in the audience don't have. It's unfair and impolite to use the drum during the cheers (the "huzzah!") associated with cool announcements.
What You Do
- The drum circles might stop playing for announcements. During those announcements, and especially also during the cheers associated with those announcements, avoid playing the drum.
- If the drum circle isn't playing a rhythm, keep the drum quiet.
